Erik Jarvis
After cutting his teeth Surf Fishing the emerald waters of the Panhandle, Erik moved to the Treasure Coast and set up shop in Vero Beach. He founded guide service Vero Beach Pompano Outfitters in 2020 and enjoys guiding and competing in tournaments as part of Fishbites Pro Staff, with additional sponsorship from Salty’s Pompano Rigs, Surf Fishing Solutions and The Sinker Guy. In 2025, we approached Capt. Jack Carlson of Two Conchs Charters with the idea of Two Conchs Surf Fishing and after a few conversations we started preparing for launch in early 2026. Erik‘s goal is to provide people of all ages an immersive surf fishing experience. From seasoned surf anglers that aim to learn a few pro tips to beginners that have never taken a cast, he wants clients leave their charter with the tools they need to tighten up their game or start their own Surf Fishing journey.
